Roberto Castilho da Silva
Director and Founder
Roberto is a former player from Brazil who has over 15
years of experience in coaching soccer and in directing
elite soccer programs.
During these years, he has lead many youth elite teams to
win major league championships, tournaments, state cups,
and regional championships. Among the many of his major
titles are: Maryland State Cup Champion, Virginia State
Cup Champion, Region I Champion, Disney Showcase
Champion, MLS Cup Sub 17 Champion.

Through his coaching, he has helped many young players to achieve their dreams with many of them
earning spots on the U-17 US National Team, ODP teams, Division I Colleges, European Football
Academies, and full time youth national team residency program in Bradenton, FL.
Roberto also worked as a coach for Brad Friedel's Premier Soccer Residential Academies in Ohio and
Columbus Crew Juniors. Recently, he works as DC United Academy coach.

- ABTF (Brazilian Soccer Coaches Association) "A" License
- USSF "A" License
- USSF "B" License
- Latin American Association of Soccer Coaches License.
